The Dress Code applies to all areas of the Club including the Clubhouse, Members’ Grille, the Golf Course, the Practice Facility, the Pool and Parking Lots. Members are asked to adhere to the Contra Costa Country Club dress code, and it is the Member’s responsibility to inform their guests of the dress code and ensure that proper attire is worn by their guests. Management will at all times determine what is inappropriate and enforce the dress code accordingly. We thank you for observing the Dress Code policy of Contra Costa Country Club. We look forward to seeing you, your family and guests around the Club.

  • Country Club Casual
    • Clubhouse

      Men & boys are not permitted to wear hats inside the Clubhouse. Swimming apparel and bare feet are never appropriate inside the Bunker or Clubhouse. Denim (jeans) are permitted in the dining areas of the Club, unless otherwise noted for special events. Denim is permitted and must be in good taste, not ripped, torn, shredded or low-slung. Golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed throughout the Clubhouse. Women and girls are permitted to wear hats inside the Clubhouse until 4pm.

      Pool

      Appropriate swimming attire is required at all times, including bathing suits, board shorts, or rash guards. Cover-ups are required when leaving the pool area enroute to one’s car or the Bunker. Swimming attire, including cover-ups, may not be worn anywhere in the Clubhouse.

  • Golf
    • Golf Course, Practice Facility, and Putting Green

      Men and boys older than the age of 5 must wear appropriate golf attire with shirt tucked in. Hats must be worn in a bill-forward manner. Women and girls older than the age of 5 must wear appropriate golf attire, consistent with golf retail stores. Golf shirts with no sleeves, require a collar OR golf shirts without collar requires sleeves. Women a
      nd girls may wear leggings to compliment shorts, skorts, or skirts. Please note that at no time will denim or cargo pants be allowed on the golf course, practice area or during designated special Member events.
  • Children's Dress Policy
    • For children under 12, we ask parents to encourage appropriate dress while at the Club. Once children turn 12 years old, they are expected to comply with the adult dress code policies.
